Metabolic Effect has recently started its 2009 fat loss challenge as well as our in-depth hormonal fat loss programs. During this time we get a lot of questions about what to eat, when to eat and how often to eat. I have also decided to tighten up on my own program this New Year season and thought I would share my current fat loss diet. So, here it is my current schedule and eating plan.
5:30am: Whey Protein Shake: 1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk mixed with two scoops (50g) of Jay Robb chocolate whey, mixed with 1/2 tablespoon paleofiber. I also drink 1 large cup water. I also drink a cocoa drink ( 12oz hot water poured over organic unsweetened cocoa, with a pinch of cinnamon, cayenne. Sweetened with 1 tsp erythritol).
7:30am to 8:00am: Workout
9:00am: 4-6 Egg white omelet cooked in pam with spinach, tomato, small amount of feta. 5 big bites organic oat bran hot cereal (with cinnamon and Erythritol). 1 cup blueberries. Green tea
12:00pm: Always a salad with chicken and Balasamic vinaigrette. May have 3 bites of a roll on occasion.
3:30pm: Biogenesis protein bar
4:50pm: Apple with large handful almonds
5:00: 1 hour walk
8:00pm: 1/4 pound ground bison with garlic, onion, and salsa. 1/4 dry baked potato with skin (about 3 big bites). Mixed vegetables sauteed in pam with lemon pepper and fajita spice.
Dessert: If needed- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or cherries.
I drink green tea 4-6 cups per day.
I drink water 1 liter to a gallon a day depending on how much tea I have.
I take the following supplements:
Metabolic Synergy (multivitamin), Fish Oil, CLA, Prostate Supreme morning and night. As well as Endotrim, Creatine, Cravearrest during the day.
